BHR Community is a virtual peer group for Christian HR professionals who want to carry this work faithfully, not just competently.
How it works
Beginning January 2027, we are gathering in small groups of no more than twelve, meeting once a month, to talk honestly about what most HR rooms have no room for: how Scripture actually bears on the decisions we make about people.
Potential agenda formats include:
- Analysis of current and pending employment legislation
- Insights from guest speakers
- Open discussion among members
- Q&A — with real situations from the members driving the conversation
The aim is simple — to encourage one another to live out our faith in the workplace, and to sharpen our judgment on applying biblical principles to the policies, the strategy, and the everyday employment decisions HR leaders carry.

Membership is limited to Christian HR professionals, and every member is expected to contribute. Membership carries a modest monthly fee. If you would like to be considered, complete the sign-up sheet below — including a few words on why you're interested — and I will follow up with you personally.
