Biblical HR

Applying Eternal Truths to Everyday Work

Don't be the leader who avoids HR. Be the leader who transforms it.

Most companies use HR like the junk drawer in the kitchen, you pull out the tool you need when you need it. Need to hire someone? Call HR. Need to terminate a non-performer? Call HR. The result is an HR function that fights fires instead of building strategy.

I move an organization's HR function from reactionary to strategic. Clarifying your HR strategy makes it easier for your organization to operate effectively and retain good talent.
